THANK YOU EVERYONE WHO WE MET/HUNG OUT WITH ON TOUR!!!...so we got home from our 2nd part of our full US tour of the summer: the week-long tour up in the North West. and just like our other tour this summer, it was NOTHING but FUN and GOOD times. being in Oregon and Washington was amaaaaaaaazing; the weather was PERFECT, and getting to spend whole days, hanging out in Seattle and Portland was fuckin AWESOME. and for the first time, the bloodtown crew was rollin' deep as a 7-crew-deal (big upz to Hilary and Nima!!!), which was the FUNNEST decision we've ever made! hahah...the more friends, the better! and not to mention, this whole 7-day trip was spent with our REALLY GOOD friends Light this City, Countdown to Life, and Conducting from the Grave (who we've never met before the trip, but ended up being some awesome kids too!). and we also had the HONOR of hooking up with Life in Pictures for three of the shows, and they were soooooooooooooo damn good!!! great band, great sound, great group of people!
anyways, a GREAT deal of THANX to all the kids who we met on this trip, to all the kids who set up the shows and who helped make sure things ran smoothly each day/night, to all the kids who drove out hours to see and hang out with us, to all the kids who sat down and wanted to have a conversation with us, to all the kids who had nothing but kind words to say. hope ta see ya all again soon. much love to: Ty, Josh, Danny, Adam, Laura, Ben, Mikey, PARTY-Steve, Brian, Joe, Sarah Rose, Greg, Phil, Jeff, John, Drew, Hank, Addy, Dustin, Pat, Caleb, Roni, Chris, Tim, Rvi, Adrock, Kapn, Anthony, Joe, and Erick.
also...now that i've been home for a few days now, i've FINALLY been able to get my shit together and organize all my stuff and upload ALL the pictures that i took from our 4-and-a-half-week long tour all across the US onto the Comadre Yahoo Photo Album!!! so if anyone is interrested at all at seeing the BEST summer we've ever had documented in pictures...here is your chance: comadre photo album.
for other news, right now, we are just chillin back and getting back into the writing process. we are working on songs for a new full length which we plan on having early next year. but...also...our first full length, "the Youth" will finally see the vinyl!!! our REALLY amazing friend Eric from the beautiful LA will be putting out a remixed/remasterd version of "the Youth" (+ 2 brand new tracks!!!) on a 12inch record!!! hopefully this release will be out sometime this Fall...and you can check that out and see what else this amazing kid has done at: Dood Records.
our latest 7inch/cd release "Song About the Man" is still available...but going FAST...we have maybe like 30-40 copies left on WHITE vinyl (white vinyl is out of 250) and Coldbringer Records has the 50 on GREEN vinyl (green vinyl out of 50) for thier mailorder editions!!! so hit that up on the quickness before they are all gone!
also...probably some of the most AWESOMEST NEWS...it looks like we will be doing a weekend worth of shows with End on End and Endzweck (WHO ARE FROM JAPAN!!!) starting on Friday, September 30th. we will be playing 3 (maybe 4...including a friends/hang out/bbq/house show) shows in the Bay Area and 1 show in Reno!!! check back on the "shows" section SOON for all of that info. we are soooo fuckin stoked to do this...it's incredible.
